Overview

Ayele joined B & P ASSOCIATES in April 2016. She is a passionate and resourceful lawyer with a results driven approach.

Ayele’s experience includes advising on an extensive due diligence process for an investment into a digital based commerce platform, drafting of a Performance and Maintenance Contract for the maintenance of metallic structures for a major Interchange Bridge in Accra, reviewing of service contracts for the construction of the new campus of a public university in Somanya and for the execution of the 2nd phase of the Kumasi Airport project.

Ayele has also successfully concluded the sale and purchase of properties in Accra and Kumasi and negotiated terms of settlement at the National Labour Commission.

She provided the relevant legal assistance in the setting up of a joint venture company to supply services to the upstream petroleum industry of Ghana and drafted a variety of contracts for the execution of the western corridor fibre project in Ghana.

 

Ayele has advised various clients on matters of compliance with various regulatory agencies including the Petroleum Commission, Energy Commission and the Ghana Revenue Authority. She has facilitated the incorporation of both local and foreign companies.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Ayele worked with Hayibor Djarbeng Danso & Co, a law firm with a focus on litigation, where she gained experience in drafting pleadings, undertaking legal research and general preparation for court matters.

 

She has gained and continues to develop expertise in foreign investment, construction and infrastructure as well as energy and natural resources.

She was the recipient of the Akua Kuenyehia Award for the Best Overall Performance by a Female Student, and the John Kofi Dei Award for the Best Student in her graduating year.

Ayele is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
