Courage is a Legal Associate of B & P ASSOCIATES. Prior to joining the Firm, he was an Associate of the law firm, Atuguba & Associates. Courage has extensive knowledge and years of experience in Commercial Law and Law of Taxation, with expertise in International Tax, Transfer Pricing, Tax Policy and the Taxation of Corporate entities and Partnership bodies as well as taxation of Trust.

He has in depth experience in legal consultancy from his previous employment with Law and Development Associates. He joins the Firm with ample knowledge and legal expertise in public policy formulation, legislative review and audit, legal analysis, legislative reform process, development of legal proposals, legislative drafting, research development, and monitoring, mentoring and evaluation of projects.

Courage has been involved in a wide range of consultancy projects for both local government agencies and international organizations such as Ghana’s Public Utilities Regulatory Commission ( PURC); Ghana Legal Aid Commission, Ghana Industrial Trawlers Association ( GITA); United Nations International Children’s Fund (UNICEF); United Nations High Commission for Refugees ( UNHCR); German Technical Co-Operation (GIZ), Government of Sierra Leone; Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL); among others.  

Courage was instrumental as Project Lead in the development of a National Legal Aid Policy for the Ghana Legal Aid Commission, a project under the sponsorship of Accountability, Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Programme; and the amendment of the Children’s Act and related Laws for the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection (Ghana). He was involved in the Development of a Settlement Policy and Law for the Government (Sierra -Leone); the development of a National Competition Policy for Ministry of Trade and Industry (Ghana); the Legal Review and Audit of the Operations of the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission(Ghana); and the Monitoring, Mentoring and Evaluation of Police Prosecutors (Ghana).

Courage lectures at the University of Professional Studies, in Commercial Law, Law of Taxation and Constitutional Law. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
