Eyram first joined the B & P Team as an Associate and is currently a Legal Consultant to the firm. Her role is to assist the firm on international energy matters and to focus on international business. During her time at B & P Associates she has gained local-specific experience in commercial and corporate legal matters.
Eyram offers international experience in energy and natural resources law. From feasibility to conclusion, she is passionate about assisting corporate clients and foreign investors with a full range of transactional services, including market entry/ risk assessments, regulatory compliance advice, company registrations/ licensing, and contracting & negotiations. Her portfolio includes advice in relation to partnership and joint venture agreements, petroleum licensing and joint operating agreements, local content and anti-corruption/AML compliance.
