OVERVIEW
Peter Korsi Simpson is a commercially focused lawyer with expertise in Real Estate and Property, Corporate and Commercial Law, Energy and Natural Resources, Labour and Employment Law, Regulatory Compliance, and Dispute Resolution. He advises both local and international clients, delivering practical and solutions-oriented legal guidance across a wide range of sectors.
Peter has extensive experience in high-value property transactions, including conducting legal due diligence exercises, negotiating commercial terms, and managing conveyancing and title perfection processes. His practice also covers corporate and commercial advisory work, as well as regulatory compliance in the mining, petroleum, and gold trading sectors. He represents clients in employment, property, and commercial disputes.
Prior to transitioning into full-time legal practice, Peter gained significant experience in land development and management, and property valuation. His background includes real property investment appraisal, compensation assessments, resettlement planning, and valuations for environmentally sensitive and infrastructure-related projects. This multidisciplinary experience strengthens his transactional insight and enhances his approach to risk identification and management.
