Project Financing and Infrastructural Development – The Legal Angle

Ghana’s infrastructure deficit has created an avenue for investment drive within the construction and infrastructure industry. Our Managing Partner, Adelaide Benneh Prempeh, delivered a lecture to the Ghana Institution of Engineering last Wednesday. Her lecture was divided into four main headings:

  1. International Contracts;
  2. Project Finance Transactions, Risk and Insolvency;
  3. Project construction contracts with a focus on EPC contracts; and
  4. Arbitration.

It concluded with a very interactive Q&A session.
