Adelaide Benneh Prempeh, our Managing Partner was an Award recipient at the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors (GARIA) Presidents Awards and Dinner Gala held in Accra on the 11th of November 2023.
The Award was conferred in recognition of her technical work leading to the passage of the Companies Act 2019 (Act 992) and the Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring Act 2020 (Act 1015), with the accompanying legislative instruments.
