On the 25th of October, CCI France Ghana in partnership with B&P ASSOCIATES and MEST Africa hosted the “Fintech Breakfast Meeting” which aimed to connect fintech startups and entrepreneurs to corporates within the industry in order to catalyze corporate-startup partnerships.
We were delighted to provide legal expert analysis on a two-panel discussion of the Ghana Fintech Breakfast Meeting, themed; “Corporate-Startup Partnerships for Fintech Innovation in Africa” speakers in the finance, tech, and legal industries. The Firm was represented by Abisola Odunayo-Ogunbadejo and Priscilla Wepia Ametame, ACIArb.
The discussions were based on corporate innovation (how it applies to and affects corporate-startup partnerships in the Fintech sector), and most importantly how crucial it is for startups to prioritize knowing and understanding their compliance obligations to avoid making legal errors.
The Ghana Fintech Breakfast Meeting connected fintech startups and entrepreneurs to corporates within the industry in order to catalyze corporate-startup partnerships within the industry.
